The water treatment and recycling units consist on modular elements for:


- to produce standard water treatment and recycling units

- to adapt the water treatment and recycling units to the site requirements and the materials to be treated (flow rate, mud concentration, sludge type …)

 - To separate the elements to meet the requirements implementation (modification or complement of the existing plant)

Cylindrical clarifier

Enables an immediately reuse of  recycled water.

Treatment flow rate from 30 to 2 300 m3/h with central tunnel for extracting sludge (a central extraction optimizes the sludge concentration). Optimizing water recycling rates while saving energy consumption.

Lamellar clarifier

Enables an immediately reuse of recycled water.

Limits the footprint in the ground. Easily movable. Treatment water rate from 30 to150 m3/h. Reduces the energy consumption.

Flocculent systems 

Enables automatic flocculent preparation with a specific and self-controlled dosing. Acapacity of 600 to 6 000 l/h suitable to the water flow rate to treat. Several options for the powder loading (hopper with dosing screw, Big Bag unloading…).

Material made of stainless steel for best durability.

Control of the flocculent injection Enables to optimize and control flocculent consumption.  Self-controlled automatic system. Reliable system according to variations of the waste water level to treat. 
Sludge pumping

Several types of sludge pumps (centrifugal, peristaltic/volumetric) suitable for different discharge conditions.All system are regulated to optimize energy consumption and water loss.

Clarified and clear water tanks Enables the clarified water storage required to operate the plant in a closed-circuit. Volume adapted to the site requirements. The water top up is automatically adjusted. 
Clarified water pumping Used to forward or redistribute the clarified water throughout the washing.
Automatism Electrical cabinet and automatism to gear in self-control mode the different elements of the  water treatment  and recycling units (historical follow up,  parameters settings, control of malfunctions)
Technical local/ Bungalow Prefabricated, in concrete, in container format allows the protection of sensitive elements: Flocculent systems, electrical cabinet, clarified and clear water pumps, storage flocculent.
 PH Control Allows to automatically correct the PH value of the clarified water with the suitable product following the type of modification to carry out in order to restore a neutral PH.

Limit water taking in the natural environment and enables the complete working of the plant in closed-circuit/ recirculation while re-using immediately the clarified waters.

Speed up the clay sedimentation with flocculent injection.
